The physicians upload their dictations to us using a remote server. These dictations are transcribed at AOPL, passed through stringent quality checks and are delivered back to the physicians as per their specifications within a stipulated time frame, as desired by the physicians. Your files are transcribed by experienced and competent transcriptionists who have access to qualified Doctors to assist them in providing you with the required service. If there is an inaudible or doubtful word / phrase, it is flagged in the report, and you have the option to fill it in, once it reaches you.
